Our rooms are designed to accommodate university students, professors, researchers, young professionals and other people who, for professional reasons, are related to the academic world, can also book a room in our accommodations.

Can I choose my room?

Rooms are rented by category and are assigned as reservations are made. We guarantee that the room assigned will be of the chosen category.

How far is the residence from the IE Tower?

Our residence is located 30 minutes from the IE Tower by public transport and 15 minutes by car.

When is the restaurant open?

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday for breakfast (7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), lunch (12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and dinner (8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
On Saturdays there is brunch (from 12:00 to 15:00).
On Sundays there is dinner (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.).
During Christmas and Easter the restaurant is closed.

Can I put a tv in my room?

Yes you can.

What is the duration of the contracts?

Our contract has a duration of 10 months (from September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024)

Can my friends come visit me?

Yes, you have to register at the entrance and you can be in the residence until 11pm.

When is the residence open?

The student residence is open all year. 

What does the pension include?

HALF BOARD: 20 breakfast tickets and 20 lunches/dinners

If I don't use all the tickets one month, can I use them the next?

No, you will have to use all the tickets in the same month.

What is included in the rent?

The room is equipped with furniture for living and studying. The rent includes all expenses with electricity, water, gas, internet access and a weekly cleaning of the room and change of towels and sheets. It also includes access to all common areas, and the use of all equipment available in these areas.

When do I have to fill out all the documents?

Once you have paid the registration fee and deposit, you have one week to complete all the requested documents. You can find them by accessing the extranet with the username and password shown in the reservation confirmation email.

Where are the students from?

In our student residence in Madrid there is an international atmosphere, tenants come from all over the world.

How many times can I change the meal plan?

Only two changes allowed during the academic year.
