Si no va a estudiar en otro lugar o no tenemos alojamiento disponible en su nueva ciudad/pueblo de estudio, le liberaremos de su contrato de alquiler siempre que se cumplan los siguientes criterios: a) Presente su solicitud de cancelación, por escrito o por correo electrónico al gerente de la propiedad, dentro de los 3 días de su carta de rechazo de visa: y b) Proporcione al gerente una copia de su carta de rechazo de la embajada o oficina de visas. 4. Si su alquiler ha comenzado, seguirá siendo responsable del alquiler pagadero bajo el contrato de alquiler hasta la recepción de lo anterior.

Si no tiene éxito en obtener su plaza en su universidad elegida, entonces no se preocupe, podemos ayudarle. Si no va a estudiar en otro lugar o no tenemos alojamiento disponible en su nueva ciudad/pueblo de estudio, le liberaremos de su contrato de alquiler siempre que se cumplan los siguientes criterios: a) Presente su solicitud de cancelación, por escrito o por correo electrónico al gerente de la propiedad, antes del 22 de agosto de 2026; y b) Proporcione al gerente una copia de su carta de rechazo de la Universidad o UCAS. 3. Una vez que tengamos su solicitud, confirmaremos la recepción y reembolsaremos su pago de alquiler anticipado, junto con cualquier otro pago de alquiler que pueda haber realizado.
Para el AY 26-27:- 1. Fuera del período de reflexión, puede solicitar cancelar su alquiler, mediante aviso por escrito o por correo electrónico al gerente de la propiedad. 2. Sin embargo, seguirá siendo responsable del alquiler pagadero bajo los términos del contrato de alquiler hasta que se haya asegurado un inquilino de reemplazo adecuado. Para el AY 26-27:- Para asegurar tu habitación, se requiere un Depósito de Reserva en el momento de la reserva. 1. Una vez que comience tu alquiler, el Depósito de Reserva se convertirá en un Depósito de Seguridad reembolsable. 2. Todos los depósitos están protegidos y registrados con el Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), un proveedor aprobado por el gobierno para la protección de depósitos de alquiler. Proceso de Fin de Alquiler 1. Se realizará una inspección final de la habitación antes de tu mudanza. 2. Si son necesarias deducciones (por ejemplo, por daños o limpieza), se discutirán directamente contigo. 3. Siempre que la habitación y su contenido estén en la misma condición que cuando te mudaste y hayas enviado tus datos bancarios a través del Portal, tu depósito se reembolsará dentro de 10 días hábiles. Política de Reembolso 1. Si cancelas tu reserva dentro de 14 días de recibir tu Oferta de Alojamiento, tendrás derecho a un reembolso completo. 2. Después de 14 días, el Depósito de Reserva se vuelve no reembolsable, a menos que se indique lo contrario en nuestra política de cancelación. Nota: Esta cláusula de no reembolso no se aplica a propiedades ubicadas en Escocia.
