This is an incredible place and is located in a very good area, it is three minutes walk from the city and supermarkets. It is very well connected since it has several bus stops next to it and it is in the Marina so you can walk anywhere. To get to Bay campus or Singleton it takes about 10 minutes by bus and 20 by bike. The apartments are beautiful, very spacious and with spectacular views. It also has a lot of facilities. It is one of the best accommodations in Swansea.

Really nice looking student flats - well thought out and well planned. The location is great, just off the city centre, right by the Marina and River Take with a Tesco Express and a large Sainsbury's almost on the doorstep. The staff even took time out of their leave to show us around and it was greatly appreciated. The photos are from a premium room. Really nice space, and as another reviewer has pointed out, the shower has a door, not a curtain!

My son Harry moved into Crown Place in September, he was put into a temporary room, better spec than the one we were paying for, as his room wasn't ready. He has, this weekend, moved to his permanent room and is really pleased. Communication from the staff has been great, many of them are based on-site and are really helpful. It is a bit unfinished as some communal areas are not finished, but the rooms are great and the staff there is really helpful and makes the students feel welcome.

The rooms are amazing and clean, the cinema and karaoke rooms are such an amazing addition too! Everybody on staff was also incredibly helpful when contacting about queries which made the process that much easier. Overall, the place is great and the staff working there are so friendly!
