Posting this as a parent of a student who stayed at Coppergate, and as such, this is a review of the premises. The facilities at Coppergate were good; the kitchen was well furnished and spacious, and the living quarters functional, but as I didn't stay there, I cannot comment on how life there was. However, as a parent of a child moving out for the first time, I can only say that the staff wered godsends for us. Always available, always friendly and always accommodating, irrespective of how trivial the matter would be. The staff was also able to be close enough to the students for them to confide in them where they may have had troubles, but we were also firm enough so that the students respected and adhered to their instructions. For their guardianship and their friendship, I would rate the staff very highly and would recommend them to any parent sending their child to Swansea.

My experience with Coppergate has been a very personal one. They helped me through a really difficult time in my life. Not only are they a go-to for fun activities, social events and comfortable accommodation, but they really cater to and adjust to your needs. I underwent 6 major brain surgeries this year, and the team in Coppergate went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, help in any way I required, go over safety protocols, and include me in events and activities even if I couldn't physically attend them (like send Easter eggs to my room on Easter). They've checked on me every step of the way and turned this into a place I'd call home rather than an accommodation :) A big shout and thank you to the team. P.S. We recently got a vending machine, and there are lots of great things coming.
