(b) Day 15 - Day 35 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 2 weeks rent. (c) Day 36 and above prior to the check-in date - advance rent payment is 1 weeks rent. 3. This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.

Instead, they offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week they probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. they are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.

Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and they can make special arrangements.

Noted- they don't offer a shared apartment. A guest would need to match their flatmates to stay if they like to split rents.
