How do I apply for an apartment with property?

Once you have already attended a showing and are interested in applying your leasing consultant can send you an application directly and assist you through the process. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 and an adminstration fee of $250. If your application is denied you will be refunded ONLY the adminstration fee. If your application is approved that fee is NOT refunded and acts as a “Move-In Fee”.

How much will move-in cost? What fees will I pay?

Your resident account will have to reflect that theAdminstration Fee of $250 & 1st month’s renthave been paid before you are given keys/access to the building and your new unit on your scheduled move in date.
If you have a pet there is a$350 one-timefee also due before move-in.

What utilities will I have to pay for?

Water, sewage, trash removal, and amenity internet are all included in your monthly rent. You will be responsible for setting up and the cost of electricity. Cost varies on usage. You will need to bring your own router for internet access (upgrades available).

Is the building safe? Is there staff/security?

Properties utilize controlled FOB access at the main entry, apartment entry, and most of the amenity spaces. A camera system is in place in the lobby and in key access points throughout the building. Their properties do not have a security guard or doorman onsite 24/7 and we encourage our residents to use safety precautions at the buildings.
