Yes, Property Stays offers accessible single-story queen bedrooms to accommodate students with disabilities. The bathrooms are fitted with an accessible handrail. Our complex is accessible by lifts, connecting the ground street level to our apartments on the second floor.

What's included in my weekly rent?

Your weekly rent includes all gas, electricity, water, air-conditioning, furniture, unlimited wireless internet, use of our facilities and common areas including a gym and recreational/games room.

Will you hold community events and activities?

Yes, Property will occasionally hold community activities which will allow students to mingle, make friends and enjoy a fun day or night away from their studies.

Do you provide kitchen utensils, cookware, bed and bath linen?

Your room will not come with the above items, however they are available to purchase at an affordable rate. Please contact us on Email if you are interested in ordering a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom pack, and they will ensure your pack is ready and placed in your room awaiting your arrival. Alternatively, you can purchase a pack or individual items at our reception desk during staffed hours.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, they do not allow pets of any kind in our apartments, with the exception of guide or hearing dogs.

Do you offer twin share rooms?

No. They believe it's important for every student to have their own personal space to study and unwind at the end of the day. If you wish to rent a room with your partner or spouse, they offer a selection of Queen bedrooms.

Do you control the air-conditioning in our rooms?

No. You are able to turn the air-conditioning on/off for your own bedroom as you please.

Is Property safe?

At Property they understand that it is every parents and students utmost concern to live in a safe and protected environment. Our building is monitored 24/7 with CCTV security. Each student is provided with a security swipe key to enter into the building and access into the lift. The security swipe key also provides access to the front door of each apartment and your private bedroom within the shared apartment.
