1. The student needs to pay 1 week of rent in advance to secure their room with the property. 2. This is non refundable in case the student wishes not to move ahead with their booking.
A Bond amount equivalent to two weeks (Rooming House Agreement) or four weeks (Residential Tenancy Agreement) must be paid to secure the booking. Please note: Where a bond is not required, the holding of credit card details for any damages/cleaning charges will be enforced by the property.
