Yes. The resident must pay a Departure Cleaning Fee of $180 at the end of the contract. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

The resident is required to provide 4 weeks notice prior to terminating a contract. The resident will be charged an Early Termination Fee equal to one (1) week of Occupancy Fees and will be responsible for finding a suitable replacement to take over the remainder of the contract.
