The property does not offer any cooling-off periods, all contracts are legal and binding.
1. If you'd like to terminate early, the property requires a 60 days minimum notice.
2. The notice is considered effective from the 1st day of the next rental period. For example, if you submit your 60 days notice on May 15th, it will count as 60 days from June 1st.
3. Should you wish to exercise the option to terminate your lease prior to the agreed-upon end date, the property requires a surrender fee equal to 1 month's rent if your requested new lease end date is between June 1st & August 31st.
