Booking Deposit
A £300 reservation payment is required to reserve an apartment. The reservation payment is held while references and credit checks are completed. Upon successful completion of the application process, the £300 reservation payment is deducted from the first rent payment. The reservation payment is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required. The deposit is equal to five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less than £50,000. The deposit is equal to six weeks' rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or more.
Pay In Instalment
Rent can be paid monthly.with a UK based salary equal to or greater than 2.5 times a years worth of net effective rent or having a guarantor.

Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor acts as a financial back-up and agrees to cover the rent if the tenant is unable to do so. A guarantor is commonly required for students, international professionals, and international postgraduate students who do not have a UK credit history. Guarantors must provide: Identification. Proof of address. Referencing information. A UK based guarantor must have 5 times the rent in an UK based salary or with Housing Hand. Guarantors must be based in the UK. Only one guarantor is accepted per apartment. Residents may use the property's guarantor partner service (paid service). If the property's guarantor partner service is used, the required deposit will be £1,000.

• You have a UK based guarantor that meets the full affordability of 42x the monthly rent. The guarantor can not be a company.
• An upfront payment of 6 months, followed by further upfront payments if the contract is longer than 6 months.
