What Do My Installment Payment Include?

Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, cable, custom-designed furniture packages, a 55-inch flat-screen ROKU TV, water, trash, and sewage utilities, and access to our property amenities.

When Are Installment Payments Due?

Each installment payment is due on the first (1st) day of each month. Payments submitted after 9 a.m. on the 4th day of the month are considered late. You can bring the check to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.

How Long Is The Housing Contract?

Housing contracts include 12 equal monthly installment payments, beginning in August and ending in July.

How Much Space Is In Each Unit?

All of our TAMU off campus housing floor plans each feature spacious, private bedrooms and open common rooms. The exact square footage of our apartments varies depending on the selected floor plan.
