About the Property
The Tower presides over the historic North West District on the corner of 29th and Hoover. Just across the street from the row and a short walk to the campus and the University Village, the Tower is in the center of student life, but balances this prime location with privacy, security and comfort. The units are luxuriously appointed with granite counters, maple cabinets, climate control, barrier noise reduction and access secured entries and walkways.

How do I get an apartment with Property?

They recommend the following setups for our units, but you are welcome to contact property with your own ideas.

- Three bedrooms – Up to 6
- Four bedrooms – Up to 8
How long is the leasing term?

How can I pay my rent and who do I make the check payable to?
You may either bring a check, money order, cashier’s check, or cash directly to our office or by leaving it in the “Office” drop box located at your building. You may also make a payment through website with an e-check or credit card. Please make all checks payable to the name of your building and notate your unit number in the memo section.
Do the apartments come furnished?
They do have a fully-furnished option with our apartments. Fully-furnished package includes stylish furniture in the living room and bedroom. Packages consist of your choice of bed (1 queen or 2 twins), dresser with mirror, a night stand, dining table with 2 chairs, sofa, cocktail table, and 2 lamps. For additional furniture options please contact the office for more information.
How can I secure a parking space?

Management generally include the water and trash. Please check with the office to find out exactly what is covered at your specific building.

Is there any other important information I should know before I move-in?
Upon move-in Property will give each student a Welcome Packet with emergency and important contact numbers, lease information and reminders, USC campus map and academic schedule, local moving and storage companies, furniture stores and furniture rental companies, and other helpful information. You can also download a digital copy.

What happens when someone sends me a package?
What is a guarantor? Do you require a notary?
A guarantor is a person, usually a parent or guardian, who agrees to back up your commitment to pay rent. If your rent is late or if any problems arise, your guarantor may be held legally responsible. Management require all our tenants to have a guarantor. They do not require a notary to sign your guarantee form and typically no credit checks are done.
Can I sublet my apartment?
Yes! Whether you know someone who would like to take over your lease or you would like some help from us, They can help you facilitate a sublease. There is no fee to sublet your apartment, however, all subleases must be preapproved by management.
Do you allow pets?
What if I don’t have any roommates yet, but want some? May I sign the lease now and add roommates to it later?
Absolutely. Management can also put your name on a waitlist for other students looking for roommates.
Do you have per bed charges or do you assign roommates?
Who can use the BBQ’s and courtyard facilities?
Are you moving or graduating and staying in the Los Angeles area?
You can continue living with Management and receive the same excellent service you have grown accustomed.
