Renter’s insurance is required for all residents at the property. Residents are able to enroll in the Sentosa Trust Liability Insurance Program which covers fire, smoke, falling objects and water damage for $12.99 per month. While residents may obtain their own insurance as well, they will be automatically enrolled in the program if they fail to provide their own.
