Booking Deposit
No booking deposit or advance rent is required to secure the booking.
Pay In Instalment
Rent can be paid in 3 installments. Instalment due dates are: 05 October 2026 12 January 2027 08 April 2027
Mode Of Payment
Payments must be made through the My Finance section of the Property portal.
Additional Fees
Damage, additional cleaning, repair, replacement, or lock replacement costs may be charged where applicable. A £37.50 room transfer fee applies for resident-requested room transfers. A £25 charge applies for room swaps within the property to cover additional cleaning costs. A charge equivalent to the actual cost of replacing keys or locks applies if keys are not returned within 3 working days after a room transfer or at the end of the notice period.
