    You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book with us. Please note that this is subject to availability so it is best to book early to avoid disappointment.

    Do I have to make a deposit?

    Yes, and the deposit pays part of the damages, where applicable. This reservation deposit is refundable until a specific date, established in the contract sent to you.

    Do you offer women only accommodation?

    Yes, if you prefer to have a flat or a double room and share it only with people of the same gender, speak to their residence support team when you book with them. This is subject to demand and availability of the apartments, so they recommend that you get in touch as soon as possible.

    What is a guarantor and why do I need one?

    A guarantor is someone who agrees to pay your rent if you can't. For example, one of your parents or a close relative. If you can't make your rent payments, talk to your support team. They will only contact your guarantor to pay your rent as a last resort if you are unable to honor your rental agreement.
