The Manchester Piccadilly Collection is an excellent student accommodation in Manchester that offers spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments for you to choose from. The property is located within a short walk from BIMM and the University of Law, making it an ideal student housing.

Every apartment comes with comfy beds, large enough windows, and wooden chairs. You can watch your favourite shows with friends on TV in the lounge and cook some amazing dishes in the fully-equipped kitchen. A dishwasher is available in every kitchen. Have coffee in the on-site cafe and use laundry facilities to wash & dry your clothes. The reception/ concierge desk will be there to help you with everything needed and a weekly maid service is also available. 1. To book a room with the property, the student needs to make a non-refundable advance rent payment. 2. This payment depends on how prior to the check-in date, is the booking being made: (a) Day 3 - Day 14 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 4 weeks rent. (b) Day 15 - Day 35 prior check-in date - advance rent payment is 2 weeks rent. (c) Day 36 and above prior to the check-in date - advance rent payment is 1 weeks rent. 3. This prepayment will be offset against your first or only instalment of rent.
The property allows 2 payment options: 1. Payment in full. 2. Payment in instalments.
Credit card, debit card and bank transfer.
You do not require a guarantor to book a room with the property.

No, of course not - all are welcome. While they mostly host students with typically larger budgets they also have many working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays in London.
It seems expensive?
First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that they are not a provider of traditional student accommodation. Instead, they offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week they probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. they are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.
Is bedding & linen provided?
Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and they can make special arrangements.

No, they appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so they do not require UK guarantors.

they offer a price for a whole apartment, max number of guests are restricted depending on types of apartment. Studio- 2 guests Some of our properties can be stayed up to 3, for in stance, 1 bed apartment- 2 guests Some of our properties can be stayed up to 4, for in stance, 2 bed apartment-4 guests 3 bed apartment-6 guests And there is no extra cost. Noted- they don't offer a shared apartment. A guest would need to match their flatmates to stay if they like to split rents.
