Frequently Asked Questions

Accommodation- can only students stay?

No, of course not - all are welcome. While they mostly host students with typically larger budgets they also have many working professionals and corporate clients seeking luxury apartments for their extended stays in London.

It seems expensive?

First and foremost let us begin by reiterating that they are not a provider of traditional student accommodation. Instead, they offer an upmarket alternative to those with higher budgets seeking a more private, luxurious stay for their studies. If you are looking for apartments under £500 per week they probably won’t be able to assist you further with your accommodation search. Our rates are based on the quality, the location and the service of each apartment. they are at the upper end of the market price-wise, and you will of course be able to find cheaper accommodation alternatives with other providers - but these would not pass the qualifying criteria for a apartment.

Is bedding & linen provided?

Yes. 5 star hotel-standard bedding is provided. If you would like to bring your own let us know and they can make special arrangements.

Are kitchen utensils provided?

Yes. All of our apartments come fully furnished, with fully-equipped kitchens. They have all the necessary pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, etc that you might need.

What expenses are NOT included?

While all bills are included in our rates, other expenses like your travel, food, tuition, airport transfers etc are not.

Do I have a cleaner?

Yes. Our maid cleaning service is included with every Accommodation stay. This includes fresh linen for the bedroom, towels and toiletries for the bathroom

Is there any extra charge for Dual Occupancy?

No. Accommodation offers free dual occupancy on all apartments.

Can I have friends or family stay over?

Yes. The apartment is yours for the period of your contract. Friends & family can visit and make use of any additional sofa beds provided.

What is the Minimum Contract period ?

Management offer flexible contracts that are catered to student term times, and our minimum contract length is currently 3 months. Speak to us to get tailored quote for your chosen dates.

Do I need a UK guarantor ?

No, they appreciate that many of our guests are not from the UK, so they do not require UK guarantors.

Could you provide the available rent payment plans?

Minimum 90 nights at a time. Of course they can pay in 1, 2 or 3 installments over the year. Please remember there is no UK guarantor required.

What is the cancellation policy?
