For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- 1. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking (except in the limited circumstances listed in the booking terms & conditions). 2. The booking fee is treated as payment towards your first payment of rent and will be credited to your first rent instalment.
For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- You can either pay your rent in four instalments spread throughout the year. You will be informed of the due dates for these instalments during the booking process. The first instalment is usually due on 1st August each year but if this date has already passed you need to make this payment as soon as possible to secure your booking.

For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- All residents are required to register a guarantor, who will be ultimately responsible for your rent if you do not make payment. The guarantor will need to provide identification and sign a Guarantor’s Agreement, confirming they agree to act as your guarantor. Your guarantor can be UK or International based, but must be aged 21 or over; not a full time student; or a current resident in a property that is managed by the same property management. If you are unable to pay your rent and/or do not act in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement, your guarantor will be under an obligation to pay any outstanding amounts. Note: If you pay in a 'single instalment' when booking then you won't need to provide details of a guarantor.
