Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.
For 26-27 AY:- An advance rent payment £100 is required to allocate a room. This amount is deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. Please note: Advance rent is non refundable.
