Once you have paid your Advance Rent and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the amount equal to the lesser of (i) the Advance Rent and (ii) the amount equivalent to one week’s Licence Fee is non-refundable. 2. If you have paid the Advance Rent and the licence agreement has been accepted by both parties then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.

    Guarantor Requirement

    For 26-27 AY:- 1. If you want to pay your rent in instalments, we accept both UK and International guarantors. This is someone who is willing to sign a contract saying they’ll pay your rent if you fail to do so. Your guarantor cannot be another student or a government. 2. In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand who will act as guarantor subject to meeting their terms and conditions. 3. Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.

    Booking Deposit

    For 26-27 AY:- An advance rent payment £100 is required to allocate a room. This amount is deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. Please note: Advance rent is non refundable.
