    For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27:- A. The property requires you to have a valid UK Guarantor if you wish to pay in installments. B. The property does not accept international guarantors. C. If you are unable to provide your own UK Guarantor, the property recommends the service of Housing Hand. Please note: The guarantor must: - 1. Be a resident in the UK for a minimum of 1 year. 2. Be over 21 years of age 3. Be a homeowner or in full time employment 4. Provide a copy of photographic identification, such as a passport, driving licence or ID badge 5. Provide a copy of proof of your UK address which must be less than 3 months old, such as a utility bill (e.g. electricity, water, gas, telephone), a bank statement or a Council Tax bill.

    For AY 25-26 & AY 26-27:- Dual occupancy is available on most rooms over 23sqm. Both occupants would need to apply and mention in their application that they are applying for dual occupancy so that the price can be amended. The price would be the total rent plus an additional £50 and then divided by two for each occupant’s weekly cost unless otherwise stated.

    On-site car parking is available at some properties, but is not included within the rental price unless explicitly stated and confirmed in writing.     If you turn 18 in the first semester of university, they can accept your booking at properties where there is 24/7 security available, and an adult over the age of 18 must be a co-signatory on your tenancy agreement and must accept the terms of it.
    They can accept under 18s in some of their properties subject to their policy for students under the Age of 18.
    Note: Aspen property does not accept bookings from students under the age of 18.

    Can I purchase bedding and kitchen packages?

    What do I need to bring with me?
