Established in 1999, Leicester College is a further education college in Leicester, England. It is one of the largest colleges in the UK and was formed from the merger of Charles Keene College and Southfields College. In 2002, Maggie Galliers was appointed as the Principal of Leicester College. In 2004, The College entered the top 25% of colleges nationally, based on success rates. Leicester College has three main campuses in the city centre and more than 200 community venues across Leicester. Leicester College offers a range of technical, vocational and higher education qualifications with a wide range of subject areas, from entry to university level for the students ranging from ages 14 to 94. Leicester College was awarded Gold for the university teaching in the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and also achieved 94% in overall satisfaction in the National Student Survey for Higher Education in 2016. Leicester College is associated with De Montfort University and is also a part of Leicester University College. The College works with other higher education institutions as well to provide degrees in many subject areas including Art & Design, Fashion, Business and Performing Arts, Construction, Care and Engineering.

The students can reach the Leicester College/ campuses by road, from the North, South and West by taking the M1 motorway, Junction 21 or M69, Leicester junction. Whereas, to reach the college from the Eastern part of the city they can take the A47 or A6. St Margaret's Bus Station is opposite the main road near to St Margaret's Campus, and Leicester Train Station is a 25-minute walk from Freemen's Park and St Margaret's Campus.
