If you can find a suitable replacement tenant, you may be entitled to a refund if you have overpaid for your period of stay. This will only be paid if you are not in arrears and if the replacement tenant has signed their tenancy agreement.

If you want to terminate your agreement after the cooling off period, you can do so only after providing the property with a replacement tenant who agrees to take the accommodation for the remainder of the period of stay.
