Four instalments of 25% each: First payment due on 15 August 2026 before move-in. Second payment due on 15 October 2026. Third payment due on 15 January 2027. Fourth payment due on 15 April 2027.

Every student paying by instalments must have a UK-based guarantor. A UK citizen paying the full rent before the start date does not require a guarantor. A UK citizen who does not pay the full rent before the start date must provide an eligible guarantor. A tenant under 18 years of age must provide an eligible guarantor regardless of nationality. A non-UK citizen may pay the total rent in advance instead of providing a guarantor. The four-instalment payment plan requires a guarantor. The full payment and two-instalment payment options do not require a guarantor.

On an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, you are legally bound until the end of your tenancy period. We can however consider ending your tenancy if you have a replacement. There is an admin fee of £150 chargeable to the outgoing tenant. If you need any further information on this process, please contact a member of the lettings team.
All contracts start in September and are 51 weeks in length. Summer lets for 1 or 2 months may also be on offer in July and August, subject to availability.
You must be aged 18 or over, in full-time education and enrolled with an educational institution to live at our properties. You may book with us at aged 17, but must be turning 18 prior to or after moving in.
No payment is taken to book a room. However, upon completion of the application and booking process we take a £400 deposit payment
Once your apartment has been vacated, a post tenancy inspection is conducted. Within 7 working days of your tenancy ending, a deposit statement is then sent out

Yes, absolutely! This is your home and you can have guests stay over for a few nights. If you would like to share your studio with a partner or friend for the duration of your tenancy you can book with us for a 20% supplement of the rent.
