    Yes! In shared flats you can live with your friends. In studio buildings, they will do their best to locate you next to your friends! Group bookings also receive discount.

    Can I share a room with my partner?


    Property allows dual occupancy, so you can share your studio or ensuite room with your partner. Contact them for dual occupancy rates! For some locations there is no extra charge!

    Who can stay with us?


    Any full-time student can live with us; your University or College can let you know if you are classed as a full time student.
    In some cities they allow working professionals, contact them to find out if your are eligible.

    Can I choose my move in and move out dates?


    The standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However, if you are looking to move in earlier or move out later it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy. Their website shows when each property may be available, so have a look and get in touch if you would like to book.

    How do I accept my tenancy agreement?


    To accept your tenancy agreement, both you and your guarantor need to sign the tenancy agreement online. In addition you both need to provide 2 forms of ID.

    What happens if there are damages?


    They understand damages can happen, please report all damages and maintenance through the property. If the damage is due to misuse of the room, outlined in your tenancy agreement, you may be liable to pay for the repairs.

    What is a UK guarantor?


    All tenants will be required to provide a guarantor if they choose to pay in instalments rather than their full rent upfront. This is common practice for UK landlords and simply means that there is someone who agrees to pay the rent if the student is unable to do so.

    The guarantor will need to sign a Guarantor Agreement, which will be sent to them by email. The guarantor will need to provide two of the following documents as proof of ID*:

    What if I can't find a UK guarantor?

    Your move in slot will be 15 minutes long, to facilitate smooth a smooth move in. Vehicles will be directed to a safe parking area.

    You will be sent a check in appointment email 30 days before your tenancy starts. You can move in at any time on your tenancy start date after booking a slot.

    What do I need to bring?


    Please bring your ID, passport, student ID or driving license. That’s it!

    How do I pay my rent?


    The easiest way to pay your rent is by setting up a direct debit, which you can do after your booking has been completed.
    You will receive rent payment reminders up to one week before your rent is due. Please follow the link in the reminders to pay your rent if you have not set up a direct debit.

    How do I do my laundry?

    Yes, content insurance is included in your rent. You will receive a reminder email from Management to set this up.

    I have a complaint, what do I do?


    Management aims to provide a quality service to the residents at all times. However, they do accept that they do not get everything right first time. They endeavour to resolve all complaints made in the shortest possible timeframe and strive to use these to improve their service to their residents. All complaints will be handled in a professional, courteous and confidential manner and they aim to resolve all complaints to the satisfaction of all parties.
    The process
    Almost all complaints can be dealt with at site level. Please ensure you speak with a member of your Accommodation Team in the first instance. All complaints received at Head Office will be redirected to site level in the first instance. Complaints will be investigated fully which may include seeking clarification from external contractors. You should expect a confirmation of receipt email within 24 hours and a full response within 7 working days.
    If you do not feel that this resolves the issue, you may escalate to the Senior Operations Team by filling in an online form. Please include an outline of the issue and the date reported to the Site Accommodation Team. A member of the Senior Operations Team will investigate the complaint with input from all parties and email confirmation of receipt within 48 hours and a full response within 10 working days.
    If you still do not feel that your complaint has been treated fairly, you can request a review by a Complaints Panel. You must include reasons why you believe your complaint has not been fairly treated. The panel will review the case and respond in writing within 10 working days. The decision of the panel is final and there is no right of appeal.

    As a member of the ANUK National Code, if your complaint deals with a breach of the National Code or you are still unhappy with the decision, the complaint can be forwarded to the National Codes Administrator – Unipol Homes. The complaint should be made in writing on their email.

    If you are still unhappy with a decision from a complaint, you can contact The Dispute Service Ltd. They are an independent body providing alternative dispute resolution.
