IELTS Cancellation Fees in India

1. If the IELTS booking is cancelled more than five weeks before the test date, the student will receive a refund after a 25% administrative fee is deducted.
2. No refund is given if the cancellation occurs less than five weeks before the scheduled test date.
3. If you fail to appear for the IELTS exam, it is considered a cancellation, and in such cases, no refund is issued.
4. Students who can produce a valid medical certificate within five days of the test date may be eligible for a refund after deducting the local administrative fee.

IELTS Rescheduling Fees in India

Now, if you want to get your IELTS exam rescheduled to another day for some reason, in that case, you can modify your exam dates five weeks before the original exam date, and you will have to pay the IELTS rescheduling fees, which cost around ₹3,300, including all taxes! Cost of Sending IELTS Scores to Universities

Electronic: For electronic mode, you need to pay a fee of INR 250 for each address. Do note that this mode is available only for institutions that have opted for electronic download of IELTS scores.
3.
Airmail: You must pay INR 250 for each address for airmail. However, it might take up to two weeks for the IELTS scores to reach the destination. No tracking number is provided for airmail.

If you want to send additional TRFs to universities after a month of taking the IELTS exam, you need to complete the ‘Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs’ and pay a fee for each additional TRF. Plus, the regular courier fees. The test report can also be collected by an authorised person on behalf of the candidate by completing the TRFs-Payment Authorisation Form and submitting it along with the ‘Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs’ to the IELTS test centre in your city.
