The property offers self-contained studios, entire three-bedroom apartments and single rooms in shared three-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette, living area / dining area, and bathrooms.

Security deposit is equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent. It is refundable only after completion of the fixed-term lease on the signed departure date. In case of early termination: The full security deposit will not be refunded.
A partial deposit of NZ$500 is required to confirm the booking. Must be paid within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Forms part of the total initial payment of NZ$650 (including application fee). Refundable only if cancellation is made at least 3 weeks prior to arrival.

What should I bring to the property?
The property apartments are self-contained and fully furnished; residents only need to bring their personal belongings.
Is laundry facility available?
Coin-operated washers and driers are available - $3 each for each load.
What are the cooking facilities available at the property?
Each apartment has cooking facilities and cooking utensils supplied. You can cook your own food or simply go to their Chinese Restaurant. A variety of foods are available.
Is parking available at the property?
Hourly street parking is available in front of the property, which is free after 6pm and weekends. Reception can provide indoor parking information.
Is internet access available?
The data point is an access point separate from your telephone line. When you check in, you will have the opportunity to select from their several options for Internet access plans and games server access plans. Wifi is available throughout the building.

What do I do on arrival?
On arrival you will need to sign a rental agreement for the duration of your stay with the property. You will also be required to complete an Inventory sheet of the content of the apartment. You will be given:
