Once you know your check out date, let them know and they’ll get the paperwork ready. And be sure to leave your room as you found it, take all your belongings, and dispose of all rubbish!
The check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive before this time, you will not have access to your room. You need to check out of your room by 10am on the end date of your contract.
Should you wish to leave before the end of the period stated in the agreement, put it in writing and they’ll let you know what options are available to you. However, given the Licence Agreement is a legally binding document you will need to pay rent until your licence expires.
