Standard Studios have all the same brilliant features as the Classic Studio but with a little more space with sizes varying between 15 and 16.5sqm! The kitchen area comes with ceramic hobs, combi-microwave, an under-counter fridge, and breakfast bar or table with 2 chairs. Each studio has its own modern en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin and vanity mirror, towel rail and WC. A great choice if you prefer your own space. You still have access to the common areas with all our studio's, so you can choose when to socialise and when to study!

Cancellation Policy 


5.1:-The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement up to four weeks before the Start Date. In such case the 

       Student shall be liable to made the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable and

5.2:-The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this agreement in the 4 week period immediately before the Start Date. In 

       such case the Licensor shall remain liable to pay;

(a)  The Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable,

(b)  That amount of the License Fee that would have been accrued in the 4 week period immediately after the Start Date.

5.3:-Prior to the Start Date the Licensee may, on receipt of notice from the British Embassy that the Licensees application for a visa to 

       enable entry to the UK has been refused, cancel this agreement by notice in writing to the Licensor, provided that the Licensee also 

       provides the Licensor with a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within 15 days of the date of issue. In such case the Licensee 

       shall remain liable for payment of the Booking Fee.

5.4:-The Licensor may cancel this agreement on notice in writing to the Licensee prior to the Start Date. In such case all fees previously 

       paid under this agreement shall be repaid to the Licensee.

5.5:-Licensee may cancel this agreement after the Start Date, Licensee shall be liable to pay;

(a)  License Fee,

(b)  Initial Cleaning and Bedding Fee,

(c)  Booking Fee,

(d)  Other Services.

When will I be given my room number?

When you check-in, the receptionist will inform you about your room number. You can ask your sales agent to get more information. 

When there is something needs to be fixed, whom do I need to contact?

 Before check-in, you will receive an email with the contact details of our operation team. You can contact them in case of a maintenance issue. 

Who will assist me for the check-in?

 Receptionists of the residence will be assisting you for the check-in. 

Do I need to inform anyone before check-out?

 No, you do not need to. You should leave your key at the reception. 

What is the time for check-in/out?

 You can check-in at 15.00 pm and check-out at 12.00 pm. 

Are there any extra charges while staying in the residence?

There are no extra charges. All the bills and the residence facilities are included on your fee. You may need to pay the laundry by yourself

Can I see the room before I make my final decision?

Yes, we can arrange an online viewing. Please inform your sales agent about your request.

Can I pay my accommodation fees on an installment's basis?

Yes, you are able to pay the fee on an installment's basis depending on the length of your booking. We are offering maximum 6 installments

What is the process for changing the room/residence while already staying? Is it possible to change the accommodation?
