For 25-26 AY & 26-27 AY:- You can either pay for the whole year upfront, or in two or four instalments spread throughout the year. You will be informed of the due dates for these instalments during the booking process. The first instalment is usually due on 1st August each year but if this date has already passed you need to make this payment as soon as possible to secure your booking.

Your guarantor can be UK or International based, but must be aged 21 or over; not a full time student; or a current resident in a property that is managed by the same property management. If you are unable to pay your rent and/or do not act in accordance with the terms of your tenancy agreement, your guarantor will be under an obligation to pay any outstanding amounts. Note: If you pay in a 'single instalment' when booking then you don't need to provide details of your guarantor.
Each site is covered by CCTV and has onsite security staff, with staff present 24 hours a day. There is also a digital entry system at each building. You should not allow people to ‘tailgate’ – that is, hold the door open for people behind you as you enter.
