All their rooms are single occupancy en suite rooms. But  they  can offer the next best thing and offer you neighboring rooms if available. Please mention this in your enquiry.

DO YOU PROVIDE SUMMER ACCOMMODATION?

Yes!  they   start taking bookings for the summer around March. Please contact their team for enquiries regarding pricing and availability.

DO I HAVE TO VACATE THE ROOM DURING THE HOLIDAYS?

Malden is your home away from home for the contract period. You do not need to move out during the holidays - they’re holidays afterall!

IS CAR PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes,  they  do have very limited parking spaces that are granted on a first come first serve basis. This is not included in your rent.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

Yes, all utilities are included in your month to month rent. No need to worry about annoying electric bills or high gas costs.

If you find anything is faulty or possibly broken, just reach out to the property manager and the maintenance team will be right on it!

CAN FRIENDS AND FAMILY VISIT AND STAY?

With prior notice, your family and friends are welcome to visit and stay with you. But remember that they are responsibility while there and please be mindful that you will be held responsible for any damages and disruptions caused to other residents. In order to ensure safety and comfort of your fellow residents - stays longer than 24 hours are not permissible.
