It’s a new style of short and long-term housing, providing guests with convenient living without the hassle. Typically, residents share similar interests and values and feel connected.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

They prefer our leases to be for a minimum of 2 weeks but shorter stays are also available.

Is there a maximum length of stay?

You are welcome to stay for as long as you like.

Do I have to pay a bond?

They take a deposit equivalent to 2 weeks rent on arrival.

How do I pay my rent?

Most guests use direct debit but you can also pay in cash. Rent is always paid in advance.

Can I have my friends over?

For sure – this is your pad! As long as they leave by 10pm.

Can visitors stay overnight?

Unfortunately not without management approval. Something can be arranged if required.

Is there any parking?

Street parking is readily available on fern place otherwise They have several secure  parking spots for $70 per week.

What if we are a couple?

They have a variety of rooms set up to accommodate you.

Is there a curfew?

Don’t be silly. Our neighbors do ask to keep the noise down after 10pm, so They limit use of our communal kitchen and common areas after that time.

What if I want to leave early?

No problem. Just give us 2 weeks notice. They may have to adjust the rent if you were on a long term rate but you are not locked in. Charges may apply if not enough notice is given.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately though, to be fair to all guests They cannot allow any furry creatures.

Do you have any extra storage space?

Yes, within reason They can store any large items for you for the duration of your stay for a small fee.

Where can I find the terms and conditions?

There is a set of rules provided along with your on-boarding information. They encourage all our guests to have a read.

How many rooms are available?

They have a total of 12 rooms, with a mix of twin share, private single or private double layouts to suit every preference and budget.

Do I have to clean my room?

Yes. They ask you keep the communal kitchen, lounge, and your personal space clean and hygienic. They can arrange professional cleaning super cheap if you’re short of time.
