Pearl's hill is one of the most popular student accommodation in Rochor. It is located at 201 Pearls Hill Terrace, the hostel is apartment-style and fully-furnished and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are facilities such as gym, basketball court, BBQ pits and garden in the hostel where students can use (some facilities are chargeable).
There is a separate charge for utilities (water and electricity) ranging from S$40.00 to S$90.00 per student per month depending on the type of room that the student has chosen. Internet access is free throughout the apartment. The kitchen are equipped with microwave and induction for light cooking.
