It's a funky house with real personality, in an up and coming area. The bedrooms and kitchen offer plenty of space and there's a great hang spot out the back. It's a truly unique area that feels half inside/half outside. Sitting on couches but with fresh air and surrounded by plants, it's a great place for relaxing with some music or tv, or for a couple of drinks with friends.

However, it's a large block with plenty of space to enjoy some alone time. Alex is in the granny flat out the back and AJ is in the main house. The bedroom available is large enough to accomodate a desk or couch, but in addition to that there is a study available as well as a lounge room. There's also a large garden out the back. There is secure undercover parking available in the garage, which also contains a home gym for those who like to work out. The nearest bus stop is a short walk away, and at most times of day you can get from the door to the city in half an hour by bus, or under 15 minutes by car.

Arndale Shopping Centre is just around the corner with Coles, Woolworths, Aldi etc and its 5 minute drive to the shops on Churchill Rd (Bunnings, Costco, K-Mart and pretty much anything else you might need). There's even a Vietnamese marketplace at the end of the street which is particularly useful for those harder to find ingredients used in Asian cuisine. I'll admit that before moving to the area I was unsure, but now I love it here. I've come to realise that I'd rather live here with the space and perks we have, than pay 50% more rent to live in a subdivided shoebox in Unley or Parkside.

The room is quite large, approximately 4.4m x 3.5m so has ample space for all the usual bedroom items with enough space for a desk or a couch too. The last 2 photos are of the bedroom available.

They have some furniture available if needed to fill out a bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances and utensils.
