Here's what you need to know: If you booked directly with property: All payments need to be settled before your move-in date in order to receive your keys. The first month rent is charged automatically on the day the contract officially starts and from then on, the transfer of the rent is always due on the first day of the month. If you are moving in the middle of the month, then the first rent is due one day before your contract starts. After that, you will receive an invoice each month when the rent has been paid. Their system automatically withdraws the rental payment on the 1st of each month — depending on your bank it could take a few days to show up in your account. In exceptional cases, holding pets is only permitted with property’s expressed consent. Please note that this applies only to small animals with minimal upkeep in a flatshare (including fish, hamsters, or turtles but excluding cats/dogs) and service animals.

Once you have signed your property contract and provided them with your desired move-in date, you will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your keys as well as all the information you need for your stay at property one week before moving in.

Once the termination process wraps up, you'll get instructions on when and how to vacate so they kindly ask you to comply and follow their guidelines. It's advisable to plan your termination and end-of-contract date according to your needs.
After your contract termination has been processed, it can not be withdrawn or postponed. However, depending on availability, it could be possible for you to rebook the same room. Since the previous contract was already terminated, they would need to send a new contract, terms and conditions must be met again (new minimum stay, new termination notice) and a rebooking fee would need to be paid.

They encourage you to always report any broken, damaged and missing items during your stay with them by creating a Help Request through their Member's Portal. Once you terminate your contract, they will send you a confirmation and the next steps to follow. Those steps include reporting any damages or missing items to them.
