What is the qualification criteria?

Their friendly team can talk to you in depth through the criteria as they understand everyone’s circumstances are different. They typically consider the affordability for paying monthly is a household income of 2.5x the annual rent. So for an apartment costing £2,000 a month, you’d need a household income of £60,000 a year. If you don’t qualify for paying rent on a monthly basis, don’t worry you can always consider a guarantor, or you can consider paying rent upfront (in advance, where you don’t need a guarantor). The affordability for a guarantor at present is, individual income of 3.5x the annual rent.

How quickly can I move into an apartment?

After choosing and reserving your perfect apartment, they can have you moved in within 7 working days (subject to referencing and initial payment being cleared into their account). What can I expect on moving day?

When you arrive to collect your keys on moving day, you will be asked to complete the “Right to rent” (if you haven’t done it already), which is a legal requirement according to the UK government. You can use the parking space you have reserved beforehand and use the cages to transport your boxes to your new apartment. You will receive, on the day if not before, a move in email detailing how you can access Wifi and other key information about your new apartment.

What decorations and fittings am I allowed to put up?

You are welcome to make your apartment feel like your own by decorating (within reason) inside of your apartment. Any changes to the property need to be reverted to their original state at your own expense before you move out (subject to wear and tear).
