Also keep in mind that because it is a residential space, business registry and activities such as regular “Publikumsverkehr” are prohibited at the property. The use of internet and TV is included in the rent at all properties. At Tannhaus Berlin Rix Neukölln, the operating costs flat rate is also applied to rental agreements with a maximum length of stay of 6 months.For lease agreements with a duration longer than 6 months, an individual consumption cost settlement takes place at Tannhaus Berlin Rix Neukölln. Property-related service charges are continued to be settled and paid as a flat rate. For the consumption-related ancillary costs (heat, water, electricity), you do a monthly pre-payment and will receive your individual statement from us no later than 8 weeks after moving out. Thanks to our Mobile App, you can keep an eye on your individual consumption at all times during your stay. By built-in smart meters in the apartments, you are able to check this data in your app on a daily basis. If you consume less, you will receive a corresponding credit back after your move out.
