All bedrooms are furnished to a high standard with good quality carpets, and access to each bedroom is with an individual electronic key. To book, there is a 100 deposit per person.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
In genuine cases where students are unable to travel/obtain Confirmation of Acceptance for Study due to government-imposed Coronavirus travel restrictions, a full refund on cancellations, with satisfactory supporting evidence, will be honored.
Regular Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to Parklane verbal cancellations will not be warranted. Cancellations will only be valid when in receipt of written cancellation consent from Parklane. We suggest if you are unsure about exam results, receiving your visa or other condition on you attending University that you do not book until you are sure. If it is determined that you have no right to rent/provide misleading or false information/ withdraw from the proposed agreement or fail to meet the 15-day deadline, your 100 holding deposit will be forfeited. After signing your Agreement, you are contractually bound to the tenancy and you can only be released after finding a suitable replacement tenant who will take on the full rent liability.

You can pay a holding deposit to secure the property via secure online payment option or you can use the card payment method. There is no additional charge for card payments.
