Normally, the postman will leave a notice slip in your mail box, you could collect your parcel from the post office later. If the parcel has been delivered to the management office, they will give you call and you could collect the parcel from the office at your earliest convenience.

If the other tenants have a party during weekday nights and have affected me, what should I do?

You are not encouraged to talk to the tenant straight way. Instead, please contact senior residents and ask his or her help.

Can I choose my flatmates?
