To secure an apartment, the Tenant must pay 2 weeks of advance rent. The 2 weeks of advance rent will go towards the initial rent payment. This payment is non-refundable

Do I have to be a student to stay at property?

Yes, only students are allowed to stay at this property. We are a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. We welcome all students to stay with us, even if they are doing an internship/placement year or part-time course.

I would like to have a room tour before making my booking. How do I arrange for a visit?

Currently, we only offer physical tours on-site.

As a disabled person, I have specific requirements for my living needs. Is property able to cater to this?

We make every effort to ensure that our accommodation is accessible and inclusive for all including persons with disabilities. If you have any specific accessibility requirements, please specify it in your booking and be as detailed as possible so that we can assign a room with accessibility fittings for you.

I have a temporary guest who would like to stay with me. What should I do?

If you are staying in a studio apartment and have a temporary guest, they can stay up to three nights for free. Kindly inform our front desk in advance and have the guest register at our reception as part of our security measures. If the guest is looking to stay for more than three nights. Do note that we are unable to accommodate additional guests for non-studio apartments.

I have a guest who would like to stay with me throughout my lease. What should I do?

The rates indicated on the website are for per week and per person. You can indicate in your booking process that you wish to add an additional occupant (sharer). The additional sharer is required to pay $49/week for rental. Do note that the additional occupant (sharer) needs to be a student.

Does this property accommodate a family?

We are a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation. Its environment and facilities are specially designed for students. Hence, we are unable to accept family stays.

I am under 18 years old. Am I allowed to stay at this property?

The minimum age to stay at this property is 18 years old. Our properties are currently not approved to take in any students under 18 years old.

What do I need to do before my arrival?

We require you to submit your identification documents, certificate of enrolment and student visa on our guest portal. Refer to your What’s Next email for all necessary actions.

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?

We currently do not offer Contents Insurance and it is not included in your rental. However, it is highly recommended that you apply for it.

What does the rent cover?

The rent covers:
             1. Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi internet
             2. All utility bills including electricity, water, and gas
             3. Usage of all communal facilities
             4. Events provided for our residents


The rent is not inclusive of laundry. 

There is a launderette on the property and it is AUD$4 per wash / dry cycle.

How do I receive my promotional incentives?

For rent rebates, it will be given according to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

I would like to change rooms. What should I do?

I would like to break my lease. What should I do?

You are liable for a lease break fee equal to two (2) weeks of rent with GST. You are still liable for rent payment until the apartment is leased again. We always recommend for you to find someone to take over your lease.

Upon checking out, do I have to pay for departure cleaning?

You may be expected to pay for departure cleaning.

I have decided to cancel my booking. What are the penalties?

If you need to cancel your booking with us for one of the reasons detailed below, all you need to do is email us at least 14 days before your contract start date and we will cancel your booking and provide a refund. We will provide flexibility to cancel if you are impacted by any of the below reasons, you are required to provide supporting documentation:
