Upon signing the Licence Agreement, 1 month’s rent in advance is required. The advance rent includes a $50 membership fee. The deposit or reservation fee already paid is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
The security deposit is equivalent to 1 month’s rent. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after the lease expiry date. The moving-out fee will be deducted from the security deposit before the remaining balance is credited back. Repeated indoor smoking violations will result in immediate lease termination and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Rent is payable monthly.
Payment must be made by bank transfer.
A one-time administrative fee of SGD 218 (after tax) is required. Stamp duty is payable to the government and is calculated separately. Moving-out fee ranges from SGD 163.50 per room to SGD 273 per unit (GST included), depending on the room type. If 2 occupants stay in 1 room, an additional SGD 200 rental charge applies. Utility usage is covered up to SGD 125 for 2-person occupancy. Smoking is prohibited. A fine of $300 will be charged for violations
Co-living is residential accommodation in its most modern iteration, and usually involves a mid- to long- term stay, shared communal areas, and access to a community of like-minded individuals.
They will need a copy of your passport and/or an official identity document and a copy of your valid visa/ employment pass.
