Cooling Off Period

A cooling-off period applies after payment of the holding deposit. The cooling-off period expires on the earlier of: The commencement date of the residential tenancy agreement; or 48 hours after payment of the holding deposit. Early termination by students

Once the residential tenancy agreement has been executed or has commenced, separate terms apply to any cancellation or early termination. All booking cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the property leasing team. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. To request a refund of any amounts paid, including the holding deposit, a completed Refund Form must be submitted. If the booking is cancelled after the cooling-off period, or the residential tenancy agreement is not signed within the required timeframe, the holding deposit is forfeited.
