provides a medical certificate that they have contracted it;
as a result of having Coronavirus they cannot gain legal entry into the UK in time for the commencement of their course;
the landlord will cancel and refund both the rental deposit and any rent paid. Similarly, if a student is unable to gain entry to the UK as a result of Coronavirus and the University agrees to cancel the students place then both the rental deposit and any rent paid will be refunded.
