    You may cancel your booking by writing or sending an e-mail to the property at any time during the 2 days after you send back the contract signed by yourself. If you do that, they will make no charge and will return any deposit or any payment of advance rent to you.

    If the student fails their exams or is rejected by the UK University, the student needs to send the property the university rejection letter, or proof that the exam results don’t meet the requirements of the university before the contract starts, and they will cancel the booking and refund the money to the student.
  • No Visa No Pay
    If the student doesn’t get his visa to come and study in the UK, the student must send the property, the visa application rejection letter before the contract start date. In this case they will cancel the booking and refund the money to the student. The cancellation requests along with the proof documents must be sent by the student, by email.

    How Could Coronavirus Affect My Booking?


    If a student is affected by the Coronavirus and:

    provides a medical certificate that they have contracted it;

    as a result of having Coronavirus they cannot gain legal entry into the UK in time for the commencement of their course;

    the landlord will cancel and refund both the rental deposit and any rent paid. Similarly, if a student is unable to gain entry to the UK as a result of Coronavirus and the University agrees to cancel the students place then both the rental deposit and any rent paid will be refunded.
