           b. A screenshot of your UCAS status which confirms that the required results were not achieved

           c. A written copy of the proof of acceptance to your new university by UCAS adjustment

3. On receipt of the documents, if the property team is satisfied as to the validity of the documents, they will cancel your booking and your deposit or any rent paid will be refunded.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

1. Once you have signed the tenancy, you lose the right to cancel your tenancy. You are liable for the full rent unless a suitable replacement is found to take over your tenancy agreement.
