Tenants have the right to cancel within 7 days of: Making a payment online; or Setting up a payment agreement online. If the payment is for goods, cancellation is allowed within 7 days of receiving the goods, whichever period is longer. If the order is cancelled: Payments will be refunded. For prospective tenants who do not meet the required grades and therefore do not study at either Nottingham university: The tenant will be released from the tenancy if they notify property in writing before 12:00 PM on Monday, 17 August 2026. If the request is made after this deadline, the standard tenancy release process applies.

After the grade release deadline, tenants wishing to leave must follow property management’s tenancy release process.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

Students requesting release from their tenancy are required to find a replacement tenant. The property can advertise the room on their website.
