The building offers 88 flats for 606 students in a combination of 2, 4, 6, 7 & 8 bed en-suite shared flats. The flats boast generous size bedrooms, and modern, open plan kitchen/living areas with washer/dryers. The living rooms are furnished with sofas and coffee tables and a large smart flat screen TV. The kitchens are fitted with fridge freezer, cookers and plenty of storage (kettle, toaster and microwave are tenants own)
There are six 'sky lounges' throughout the building and two roof terrace for socialising in addition to the main reception area on the ground floor of the building with free drinks machine. Further facilities include quiet bookable study rooms, a cardio studio and bike storage with a bike maintenance area. Outside there is a BBQ area, landscape courtyard and disabled parking

The preferred payment method is Direct Debit. Other accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, payments through the StarRez portal, and the website payment page.
