You may cancel your booking based on the timeline below. Between 14 days before and the planned arrival date You will receive a full refund of the security deposit and one month's rent, while 100% of the booking fee will be charged. 3. When moving out, the inventory report describes the condition of the apartment at the end of the lease. Apartments in the property’s residences are rented furnished, so you are not allowed to remove any furniture from the unit. However, you are free to rearrange the furniture as you like. Before you move out, everything must be returned to its original position.
