They have a contract to suit everyone. You can book for the entire academic year, which is 39 weeks, from the end of August to the start of June. Of course, you can stay in your apartment anytime within your tenancy dates.

What is your cancellation policy?

They will hate to see you go, but if you decide to leave Hatch during your tenancy you will have to sign a cancellation form. You will be liable for the remaining fees until someone re-rents your room.

If my college course finishes before the end of tenancy, and I move out early, will I be refunded for those weeks?

Unfortunately no, you won’t be refunded. Everyone finishes college at different times so they cannot change the dates on the contract.
