Students are required to pay the £250 to secure the booking.

A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.

Please note: The student is entitled to a full refund of the security deposit and advance license fee (if already paid)

You are required to have international guarantor.

Within 24 Hours (Cooling-Off Period)

• The student may cancel by sending a written notice within 24 hours of signing the Sub-License Agreement.
• A full refund of the security deposit and advance license fee will be issued.
• No replacement is required.

After 24 Hours (Post Cooling-Off Period)

• The student is bound by the terms of the Sub-License Agreement.
• Cancellation is allowed only if a suitable replacement is provided.
• Once the replacement student has signed their license contract, paid their deposit and advance license fee and checked-in:The booking of the tenant will be cancelled
  The advance license will be refunded & the deposit is forfeited as cancellation fee
  

• The student must provide a 60-day written notice prior to cancellation or early move-out.
• Rent will continue to be charged during the notice period.

• The student must arrange for a replacement tenant to avoid extended liability.
• If the student is unable to find a replacement and requests Acomodo’s assistance, a €750 tenant finder’s fee applies.
