Booking Deposit

<p>Students are required to pay the <strong>first and last month’s rent in advance</strong>.</p>

Security Deposit

<p>A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.</p> <p><strong>Please note:</strong> The student is entitled to a full refund of the security deposit and advance license fee (if already paid)</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>You are required to have international guarantor.</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>Within 24 Hours (Cooling-Off Period)</p> <ul> <li>The student may cancel by sending a written notice within 24 hours of signing the Sub-License Agreement.</li> <li>A full refund of the security deposit and advance license fee will be issued.</li> <li>No replacement is required.</li> </ul> <p>After 24 Hours (Post Cooling-Off Period)</p> <ul> <li>The student is bound by the terms of the Sub-License Agreement.</li> <li>Cancellation is allowed only if a suitable replacement is provided.</li> <li>Once the replacement student has signed their license contract, paid their deposit and advance license fee and checked-in:The booking of the tenant will be cancelled<br> The advance license will be refunded &amp; the deposit is forfeited as cancellation fee<br> </li> </ul>

Early termination by students

<ul> <li>The student must provide a 60-day written notice prior to cancellation or early move-out.</li> <li>Rent will continue to be charged during the notice period.</li> </ul>

Replacement Tenant Accepted

<ul> <li>The student must arrange for a replacement tenant to avoid extended liability.</li> <li>If the student is unable to find a replacement and requests Acomodo’s assistance, a €750 tenant finder’s fee applies.</li> </ul>
