How can I pay for my student accommodation reservation?

There are two online payment methods: A deposit or bank transfer before arrival: You will be asked to pay the full amount of the stay before arrival, or a percentage. The amount depends on the type of rate chosen. A valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). This payment option can be made in advance or upon arrival at  student accommodation, depending on the rate chosen.

When can I check in? When do I need to check out?

Standard check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time is at 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested at reception, preferably the early check-in before your arrival and the late check-out at the time of your arrival and not the day of your departure. The application of any of them is subject to availability and includes an additional cost.
In some of their destinations, they have reception staff 24/7, but in the case of arriving at a  student accommodation that has another schedule (until 10:00 PM/ 22:00 - 11:00 PM/23:00), travelers with confirmed reservations can count on the assistance of security staff who will provide the keys and help them to enter their room.
